Q: Why is my bottle half empty?
A: The bottle is also not filled to the top for stability purposes. A 20g bottle does indeed contain 20g's of product in a larger bottle, and a 60g bottle does indeed contain 60g's of product in a larger bottle.

Q: Why is my bottle open/not sealed
A: The seal for the bottle is actually within the lid. This is to ensure the application nozzle hole of the instant adhesive does not block with hardened adhesive, thus causing a problem after the first use.
