Genuine replacement cylinder head for YX 150cc and 160cc engines – ideal for repairs, rebuilds, or restoring engine performance to factory spec. Pre-assembled with internals for a hassle-free swap.

  ⚠ If fitting to a Z155, you'll need a YX manifold kit due to casting angle differences. Must also use your original Z155 cam sprocket.

Please Note:

• ⚠ This is a genuine YX part – not interchangeable with a Z155 head

• ❌ Barrel/cylinder base gaskets not included

• ⚠ Drain holes around the head casting are intentional – they prevent water build-up

• 📸 Photos taken before dispatch – no returns accepted if fitting damage is present

• 🔧 Set tappets to: IN 0.10mm / EX 0.15mm during install

• 🏁 Run-in required – no more than 2/3 throttle for at least 2 hours to bed in valves
