This upgraded twin-spacer intake gasket kit is designed to reduce heat transfer from the engine into the carburettor.
Larger horizontal pit bike engines can generate more heat around the cylinder head and inlet area. By adding a thermal spacer between the engine and manifold, plus a second spacer between the manifold and carburettor, this kit helps create a stronger heat barrier than a standard single-spacer setup.
This can help keep the carburettor cooler and support more consistent fuelling, especially on larger 140cc, 150cc, 160cc, 170cc and 180cc pit bike engines.
Top intake spacer dimensions:
Porthole diameter – 28mm

Fitment – This item will fit most pit bikes and motorcycles/scooters with a 28mm carburettor, including PZ28, Molkt, Mikuni, and many, many more!
This is a high-quality twin spacer carburettor spacer kit and acts as a vital heat shield between the manifold and the carburettor itself by creating an air seal between the carb and the manifold. This helps to ensure your engine runs well without air leaks, which will affect performance.
To fit many pit bikes and dirt bikes ranging from 140cc to 190cc (Including 150cc, 160cc, 170cc, etc) and many more. Chinese, Japanese, Etc.
Easy to install, no instructions needed!
Installation:
Top spacer fitment: Fit the fibre gasket between the 28mm plastic spacer (heat-sink) and the intake manifold, aligning the bolt holes. The carburettor then seals to the spacer via its pre-installed O-ring - no extra gasket needed.
Bottom spacer fitment: Fit each fibre gasket above and below the 28mm plastic spacer (heat-sink) and the intake manifold, aligning the bolt holes.
Top tip: Tighten the two mounting bolts evenly, a little at a time on each side. Do not fully tighten one side first, as this can pull the manifold across unevenly and may crack the spacer. Nip both bolts up gradually until secure.
