Diagnostic Tips – Is Your Stator the Issue?
Use a multimeter to test your stator before replacing:
1. Pickup Coil Resistance Test

Set to 2000Ω
-
Test Blue/White to Green
-
✅ Reading: 100Ω+ | ❌ If: 0, OL, or unusually low
2. Power Coil Voltage Test
-
Set to 20V AC
-
Test Black/Red to Green
-
Kick-start the bike
-
✅ Reading: 3V+ spikes | ❌ If: No output or very low reading
