Fitment Compatibility:

• ✅ Suitable for:

• ❌ Not compatible with:

  • Electric start engines

  • Lightweight or mini flywheels (some YX140 & most YX160 engines)

Wiring Diagram / Colour Code:

• ⚫🔴 Black/Red – CDI power input

• 🔵⚪ Blue/White – CDI timing trigger

• 🟢 Green – Earth/ground

• 🟡⚪ or 🟡🟡 Yellow & White (or Yellow x2) – To regulator/rectifier for lighting/charging battery, etc.

Diagnostic Tips – Is Your Stator the Issue?

Use a multimeter to test your stator before replacing:

1. Pickup Coil Resistance Test

• Set to 2000Ω

• Test Blue/White to Green

• ✅ Reading: 100Ω+ | ❌ If: 0, OL, or unusually low

2. Power Coil Voltage Test

• Set to 20V AC

• Test Black/Red to Green

• Kick-start the bike

• ✅ Reading: 3V+ spikes | ❌ If: No output or very low reading
