Wiring Loom – ZS190

Zongshen ZS190 wiring loom is designed for a 190cc electric start.

It connects to the battery, electric start motor, and starter solenoid with a replaceable inline fuse.

May fit other electric start bikes, please check against the connections listed below.

Connections:
6-pin push fit connector with 5 wires for CDI
6-pin push fit connector with 4 wires for rectifier regulator (red, green, x2 yellow)
4-pin push-fit connector for engine/stator wires (red/black, blue/white, x2 yellow)
1 female bullet connector for engine/stator wires (green)
4-pin push fit connector for headlight (green, x3 blue)
3-pin push-fit connector for ignition (blue, red, black)
2-pin push-fit connector for ignition (green, black/white)
2-pin push fit connector for kill switch (green, black/white)
2-pin push fit connector for start relay (red/yellow, green)
2-pin push fit connector for start switch (red/yellow, black)
2 spade connectors for ignition coil (green, yellow/black)
